Formax / FD590
The Formax FD 590 series decollator is used to separate multi-part continuous forms prior to being run through a Burster. Decollators are commonly used to separate multi-part forms in one pass. Continuous business forms still using traditional carbon between sheets can also have the carbon removed and rolled into a neat pile to be discarded. Carbon interleaved or carbonless forms can be processed with variable speed up to 475 feet per minute. Tractor feed, margin slitters and safety jog switches are included for high performance decollating. |

Formax / FD593
The Formax FD 593 decollator is a 3 station, multi-station continuous form decollator that processes 2-part carbon interleaved or 3-part carbonless multi-part forms. Formax FD 593 decollator features include variable speed of 0 - 475 feet per minute, tractor feed for precision in paper movement, adjustable margin slitters that allow trim adjustments of 0 - 1-1/8" of the left and right margins, ability to processes form widths of 2-3/4" to 19" (slitting) or 2-3/8" to 17-7/8" (non-slitting) and lengths up to 14", 850 feet carbon tissue capacity of each spindle (additional spindles are on add on parts/stations). This multi-station decollator offers the flexibility to add stations as applications grow. |
