The Model PP43ST is a unique "All-In-One" L-Sealer and Shrink Tunnel.  The unit features a 12" x 17"L Seal area.  New "Band Seal Technology" will seal and shrink PVC or Polyolefin Shrink Films with no smoke or residue.  Heavy duty Plexiglass hood fully encloses sealing and shrinking operation for maximum operator safety. The operator places the product (20" max film) on the package loading tray in between the two layers of centerfold film.  The operator then moves the package into the sealing area and lowers the hood.  Once the hood is lowered, the operator applies pressure to make the seal.  When the shrink time is completed, the hood will automatically return to the up position and the operator may remove the completed package.  Complete cycle time is approximately 5 - 6 seconds.
